CONCERNING
AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT TO REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NO. 04/DAGLU/PER/10/2005
ON
IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ON EXPORT OF CERTAIN GOODS

THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE,

Considering:

• a. that, in the framework of enhancement of export of footwear from Indonesia, it is necessary to add footwear products as certain goods, which export must be completed with Certificate of Origin by making an amendment to Attachment to Regulation of the Director General of Foreign Trade No. 04/DAGLU/PER/10/2005 on Implementation of Certificate of Origin on Export of Certain Goods;
• b. that, based on the considerations, as meant in paragraph a, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Director General of Foreign Trade;

In view of:

• 1. Presidential Decree No. 34/M/2005 on Appointment of Echelons I within the Ministry of Trade;
• 2. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/3/2004 on Organization and Work Procedure of the Ministry of Trade as already amended by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 30/M-DAG/PER/12/2005;
• 3. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 17/M-DAG/PER/9/2005 on Issuance of Certificate of Origin for Indonesian Export Goods.

DECIDES :

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE ON AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT TO REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE NO. 04/DAGLU/PER/10/2005 ON IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN ON EXPORT OF CERTAIN GOODS.

Article I

Amending some provisions and Attachments to Regulation of the Director General of Foreign Trade No. 04/ DAGLU/PER/10/2005 on Implementation of Certificate of Origin on Export of Certain Goods as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 1 paragraph (1) are amended to become as follows:

Export of certain goods that must be completed with Certificate of Origin included textiles with export destination to the United States and European Union; shrimps and footwear, as specified in Attachment I to this regulation.

2. Attachment III to Regulation of the Director General of Foreign Trade No. 04/DAGLU/PER/10/2005 is amended by adding institutions that issue Certificate of Origin for footwear, as specified in Attachment II to this regulation.

Article II

This regulation is valid since July 30, 2006.
